Similarly, for a spouse whose eligibility is derived from a living veteran or service member, that eligibility would be lost upon divorce from the veteran or service member.

STEP 4: COMPLETE PRE-APPLICATION & UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

After logging into HiRE, you will be on your “Dashboard”. (If not, click the “My Dashboard” link at the top of the screen.)
To access the WIOA Pre-Application, scroll down and look for the dashboard box (widget) titled “My Benefits Plan”. From there, click on the “Create WIOA Pre Application” link in the box. (Note that the “My Benefits Plan” box may be in a different spot on your Dashboard than in the picture below.)
