RFP BIDDERS QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES
- Do bidders need to have been doing business in Louisiana for 3 years?
- A bidder must be authorized to do business in Louisiana for 3 years. Please refer to the RFP.
- If a bidder is applying for more than one contract from Options 1, 2, and 3, is the bidder required to submit a separate proposal for each role/option?
- Yes, a separate proposal must be submitted for each option.
- Are bidders required to submit a 21-month based on the initial contract term of 10/1/24 through 6/30/26?
- Budget requirements are:
- A 10-month budget from the period of October 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.
- A12-month budget from the period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
- Budget requirements are:
- The proposal narrative section includes sections 1 through 4 and is limited to 15 double spaced pages. There is also Section E. Strategy which describes specific approaches to delivering services for Options 1, 2, and 3. Is there a page limitation for Section E. Strategy?

- If a bidder is applying for more than one contract from Options 1, 2, and 3, are there any additional proposal formatting instructions?
- No, follow the rules outlined in the request for proposal (RFP).
- Will copies of slides/recordings from the Bidder’s Conference be available upon request?
- Yes
